Meet Jay Khorsandi, DDS
Realizing the key to total body health lies within a functional approach for each patient, Dr. Jay Khorsandi has progressed down a path of education and clinical experience with one goal in mind: To get his patients sleeping better and ultimately feeling better. For almost 20 years, Dr. Khorsandi has been improving the lives of patients through rigorous training and clinical excellence. The transformations in people’s lives has been deeply gratifying and profound for everyone.
Over the last 5 years he has focused his attention on something many of us take for granted. Our sleep. For patients that are suffering from snoring and sleep apnea and it’s many related problems, Dr. Khorsandi has incorporated an integrative approach to look at numerous factors while using cutting-edge technologies to help you sleep better, feel better and live a healthier life. Dr. Khorsandi graduated from UCLA with a degree in Psycho-Biology and received his doctorate degree from Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago, IL. He completed his post-doctorate residency in Tucson, AZ focusing on Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD). Dr. Khorsandi was also a member of the faculty at UCLA AEGD Residency program. Dr. Khorsandi is currently a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, the Los Angeles Dental Society, the California Dental Society, and the American Dental Society as well as the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and California Sleep Society. Furthermore he has earned the designation of Qualified Dentist within the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. This is given to members who have proven rigorous continuing education coursework in the field of dental sleep medicine. He is constantly attending and speaking at conferences to both learn more, and educate others about sleep and its importance. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and practicing yoga.
