Snoring

Snoring during sleep may be a sign, or first alarm, of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).

Sleep Apnea

A partial blockage is snoring and a complete blockage is Sleep Apnea.

We offer innovative Snoring AND Sleep Apnea treatment options all in one place so that we can serve you even faster

Every day, our Doctors hear from patients, just like you, who have tried the CPAP and found it uncomfortable or unbearable. Our dental-based solutions offer an alternative solution to the CPAP. They are custom fit to the size and shape of your mouth, so that together we find a more comfortable solution.

Mandibular Advancement Appliances (MAD’s) that work by bringing the lower jaw forward.

Tongue Restraining Devices (TRD’s) that work by keeping the tongue from falling back.

Our revolutionary “Hybrid” Appliance that has the best features of both the MAD’s and TRD’s.

NightLase

In addition, Snoring and Apnea Treatment NightLase has shown to reduce the effects of sleep apnea and decreases the amplitude of snoring by means of a gentle, laser-induced tightening effect caused by the contraction of collagen in the oral mucosa tissue.
Our goal for many of our patients is to get rid of your CPAP machines forever. Contact us today and let us help you!

What is Snoring
Snoring is the vibration of respiratory structures and the resulting sound due to obstructed air movement during breathing while sleeping. In some cases, the sound may be soft, but in most cases, it can be loud and unpleasant. Snoring during sleep may be a sign, or first alarm, of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).
What is Sleep Apnea
Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), is a breathing related sleep disorder which can cause people to snore, as well as pose serious health threats. OSA is a condition that occurs when a person regularly stops breathing (apnea) for 10 seconds or longer with drops in their blood oxygen levels during sleep.
What if I don't like my CPAP?
Every day we treat patients just like you who have tried the CPAP and found it uncomfortable or unbearable. Our dental-based solutions offer an alternative solution to the CPAP. Oral appliances are custom-made to the size and shape of your mouth. Because they are made from impressions we take of your teeth and are adjusted by a dentist trained in dental sleep medicine, they are much more comfortable, and more effective, than any mouthpiece you’ve tried at home. This allows us to comfortably and gently move the lower jaw forward while you sleep and open your airway. By doing this we can get your snoring and sleep apnea under control and offer an effective and FDA-approved alternative to the CPAP machine. In addition, ask us about NightLase® Laser Snoring Therapy, a new Non-invasive laser therapy for snoring.
